No, there are no payment plans offered for June Small Camps.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: A fee of 20% of the total camp cost will be applied if the camper cancels before April 1, 2025, A fee of 50% of the total camp cost will be applied if the camper cancels between April 1, 2025, and May 1, 2025. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after May 1, 2025 (including due to a camper leaving camp after getting injured/sick before camp has concluded). “Total camp cost” is defined as the cost of registration for camp. The cost of
insurance, the processing fee, and the TAP Assessment are not included in “total camp cost”. For questions regarding the cost of insurance, the processing fee, and the TAP Assessment, please check the receipt you received upon registration for information on who to contact.
No, there will be no food provided for campers. It is recommended that campers bring any snacks they may need.
There will be no refund for any camper dismissed from camp. Grounds for dismissal include, but are not limited to vandalism, use of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco products, taking photos of others without their knowledge/consent, verbal or physical harassment, not following camp instructions/rules, and any non- inclusive comments/actions such as racist or homophobic comments.
Full refund exceptions will be made only for those attending USA Volleyball A1, Youth, or Junior National Team program events that conflict with camp dates.
Yes, there is purchase insurance offered through Ryzer which can be purchased at an additional cost when you are registering for camp.
No, we receive an electronic copy when you register, we do not need a copy when you come to check in at camp.
No, refunds will not be issued after June 8, 2025, which includes a camper leaving camp after getting injured or sick before camp has concluded. If you elect to purchase registration protection for this camp and are not able to attend due to the reasons covered, you must file a claim with Allianz Global Assistance. Montana State Volleyball camps are run by the Montana State volleyball staff, Montana State volleyball athletes, Montana State volleyball alumni, volleyball coaches from Montana, and volleyball coaches from around the country.
If a camper sustains a concussion at camp, the athletic trainer on site will withhold the camper from participating in camp until the camper can follow up with an additional health care provider which health care provider
recommendations will be provided by MSU. If a camper is unable to get clearance from a healthcare provider, they will be unable to participate in the remainder of the camp. If a camper is diagnosed with a concussion by a health care provider and is an overnight camper in the dorms, a guardian will need to come and check them out of the dorms.
Sportswear, Kneepads, snacks and water bottle (that won’t leak if knocked over).
At this time, we are working with Montana State Parking services to provide the best parking for campers. Parking information will be communicated with campers ahead of their arrival for camp.

The camper to coach ratio is very small for June Camps. There are only 8 campers per court. These camps will include fundamental, in-depth skill training for the
entire hour, there will not be any 6 on 6 competitive play. Campers will also receive video feedback in live time.
Yes, but the camps are not progressive so these camps will be the exact same layout.
Yes, you may sign up for as many camps in a day as you would like.
For your first camp of the day, check-in begins 20 mins before the session. If you are doing back-to-back camps, you will automatically roll into the next camp and do not need to recheck in.
No, camp store will only be open during our July camp, however you can purchase camp store items on our website
