Yes, there is purchase insurance offered through Ryzer which can be purchased at an additional cost when you are registering for camp.
A fee of 20% of the total camp cost will be applied if the camper cancels before May 1, 2025. A fee of 50% of the total camp cost will be applied if the camper cancels between May 1, 2025, and June 8, 2025. Absolutely no refunds will be
issued after June 8, 2025 (including due to a camper leaving camp after getting injured/sick before camp has concluded). Overnight registration will close June 23rd. Please reach out to msuvbcamps@gmail.com if you would like to register as an overnight camper after this date. Late registration may include additional fees and is limited to dorm space.
No, we receive an electronic copy when you register, we do not need a copy when you come to check in at camp.

No, Team camp is a camp designed for high school programs looking for summer training before their high school starts. Please contact your high school coach to
see if they are attending before you sign up. If you do not have a high school volleyball coach at the time of team camp, you can also attend as a team with an adult chaperone.
If your camper is staying from team camp to elite camp MSU camp staff will help transition campers from the team camp to elite camp dorms and take them to lunch which the campers will have to pay for lunch and then MSU camp coaches will supervise campers until elite camp starts.
We cannot guarantee roommate preferences if your roommate preference does NOT put you as a preference. If one roommate is doing the All Skills and Position Camp Bundle and one is NOT, we cannot guarantee you will be roommates. Roommate changes will not be allowed past June 23, 2025.
At this time, we do not know which dorm the campers will be in. The dorm information will be communicated with registrants ahead of their arrival at the camp.
No, there is no air conditioning in the dorms. Fans are provided on a first come first serve basis. We recommend bringing your own fan if you can.
Montana State Volleyball camps are run by the Montana State volleyball staff, Montana State volleyball athletes, Montana State volleyball alumni, volleyball coaches from Montana, and volleyball coaches from around the country.
Yes, there will be athletic trainers on site to help with any injuries campers sustain at camp. Athletic trainers cannot provide medication of any type to campers.
If a camper sustains a concussion at camp, the athletic trainer on site will withhold the camper from participating in camp until the camper can follow up with an additional health care provider which health care provider
recommendations will be provided by MSU. If a camper is unable to get clearance from a healthcare provider, they will be unable to participate in the remainder of the camp. If a camper is diagnosed with a concussion by a health care provider and is an overnight camper in the dorms, a guardian will need to come and check them out of the dorms.
Commuter: Sportswear, Kneepads, snacks and water bottle (that won’t leak if knocked over).
Overnight: Same as Commuter campers plus a fan for sleeping in the dorms. Dorms will provide towels and bedding but feel free to bring additional blankets/pillows for comfort.
Yes, there will be a camp store with exclusive MSU Volleyball Gear. We accept cash, card, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
Attendance will be taken before the start of every session. Campers will be transported to the dining hall and dorms by the MSU Volleyball Camp Staff when sessions conclude. If a camper cannot be located, then the guardian of the camper
will be contacted immediately.
At this time, we are working with Montana State Parking services to provide the best parking for campers. Parking information will be communicated with campers ahead of their arrival for camp.
Yes, there will be no refund for any camper dismissed from camp. Grounds for dismissal include, but are not limited to vandalism, use of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco products, taking photos of others without their knowledge/consent, verbal or physical harassment, not following camp instructions/rules, and any non- inclusive comments/actions such as racist or homophobic comments.
If you need to check out of camp before camp concludes please ask for Jennifer Houk, Taylor Els, or Cassidy Schumacher who will assist you with the early checkout process. If a non-guardian is checking out a camper early, we will need to receive guardian approval before the camper can check out from camp.
